Delivery Methods

Delivery Time:
United States: Estimated delivery time is 1~5 business days.
Canada: Estimated delivery time is 7~12 business days.
Mexico: Estimated delivery time is 5~9 business days.

Delivery Fees:
Free delivery.

Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Our working days are Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Logistics Tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email or SMS with the logistics tracking number. You can use the provided logistics tracking number to track the status of your package in real time.
If the delivery status is not displayed within 2 days after receiving the logistics tracking number, please contact service@hifeltor.com.

Delivery Delays
