Return and shipping fee
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@hifeltor.com.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address of seller provide, which is usually within the United States or China.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A) If there is a problem with the product itself, the shipping fee will be borne by seller,
B) If there is no problem with the product itself, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
Exchanges and shipping fee
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We allow one free exchange on all eligible products within 14 days from the order delivery date.
If you wish to exchange the order a second time, a 5% restocking fee will apply.
If the exchanged item(s) cost more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the difference in payment of the additional amount.
Any exchange balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
You can change your order at any time before it ships for free.
Once it has shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If you are not satisfied with your exchange, you can return it for a refund or initiate a second exchange.
All customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for any exchanges.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge.
Once your order has shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want it, please follow our returns policy to return your order.
Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Refund processing time is 2 business days.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
